Our "core business" consists in washing, selcting and sterilizing feathers and down ,materials that we've been processing for over 100 years.
About 15 years ago we decided to widen our processing ability to synthetic fibers, especially polyester fibers and polyurethanic foams, that, with continue research and innovation, we selected and adapted to our customers' needs.
The new millennium has brought back final customer's attention to nature and environmental care. This is why we started processing, besides feathers and down, several natural fibers such as wool or paineira, and man-made fibers derived from natural sources such as PLA or casein fiber.
The continuous experimentation and a market that is getting more and more specialized brought us to the industrialization of innovative fibers and to the engineering of several treatments applicable on the raw materials that we process, for example flame retardant or hydro-repellent treatments.
The last step in our industrial process' verticalization happened in 2007 with the opening of a textile department where we can do particular productions on fabrics, both for our internal use and for sales.
